Objectives :
• To provide an evidence-based and systematic approach to support delayed cord clamping in preterm infants born less than 37 weeks of gestation using a bedside neonatal resuscitation unit (LifeStart trolley). • To implement delayed cord clamping of at least 1 minute for all preterm infants as standard of care unless contraindicated. • To set a precedent on implementation of delayed cord clamping in preterm infants in Hong Kong

Result & Outcome :
Delayed cord clamping of at least 1 minute would be the standard of care for all preterm deliveries unless contraindicated. 100% of preterm infants would receive delayed cord clamping of at least 1 minute after birth with appropriate management using bedside neonatal resuscitation unit (LifeStart trolley) unless contraindicated.
