党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视中医药工作，把坚持中西医并重作为我国新时代卫生与健康工作方针重要内容。国家中医药管理局会同有关部门深入实施中西医协同推进工程，取得明显成效。党的二十届三中全会作出"完善中医药传承创新发展机制"战略部署，要顺应时代发展新趋势、实践发展新要求、人民群众新期待，推动中西医结合工作高质量发展不断迈上新台阶。

网络药理学是大数据、人工智能与中西医药相结合的一个交叉学科，为解析中医药复杂体系、阐释中医药科学原理提供了新方法。本次报告主要介绍中医药网络药理学相关的"网络靶标"理论、赋能中医药研发的网络药理学智能与定量分析系统（UNIQ系统），及其在胃癌极早期"治未病"、中药创新研发等方面的若干研究进展，并简单介绍推动网络药理学研究规范化的《网络药理学评价方法指南》。希望通过理论、方法、应用上的不断探索，促使网络药理学这一学科良性发展，助力中医药在研发模式上朝向智能与精准迈进。
